The company was established in 2014 focusing on the New Jersey multifamily market where they currently self-manage approx. 1200 units.

In the recent years, GBM has expanded to other states and focuses on lower-end, value-add opportunities. The company currently owns and manages thousands of units across the Midwest and southwest.
